Ya’ll… FIRST SHOOT AFTER QUARANTINE! I could not be happier or have a fuller heart. When you’re a creative and you can’t create the way you need to, it hurts like hell. My brain and my heart have been battling the need to work with people and capture their moments for the last few months and it’s been really tough. I found myself wondering if I still could even take nice photos, if I’d have clients willing to go out and shoot, if people could afford it… It was a really yucky internal battle.

But when the stay at home orders started loosening and the phases started happening, the flood gates open and my books filled up quicker than I could keep up with! My lovely cousin and her family have been due for family portraits for a while and I was lucky enough to be able to take them for her! It’s so fun shooting with family.. I have to admit. You know these people, you know their angles, you know the family dynamic, the kids are less uncomfortable, it’s just awesome! Not to mention their family is insanely gorgeous. I am so happy I got to do this, thanks a ton for trusting me you guys!
